Geocell Channel Protection System
[Product Introduction]
Geocells are engineered for protection and stabilization applications. They are often used to help improve the performance of standard construction materials and erosion-control treatments.
Geocell products are three-dimensional, expandable panels made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyester or another polymer material.
When expanded during installation, the interconnected strips form the walls of a flexible, three-dimensional cellular structure into which specified infill materials are placed and compacted. This creates a free-draining system that holds infill materials in place and prevents mass movements by providing confinement through tensile reinforcement. Cellular confinement systems improve the structural and functional behavior of soils and aggregate infill materials.
[Product Features]
It is flexible and can shrink stacked in transportation, in the process of the construction it can be tensioned into the network. It can be filled with soil, gravel, concrete and other loose material, forming a strong lateral stiffness of the structure of constraints and large body. The material is light, resistant to abrasion, chemical performance is stability, resistant oxygen aging, acid and alkali. It is suitable for different conditions of soil and desert soil.Higher side constraints and non-slip, anti-deformation, the effective enhancement of the subgrade bearing capacity and dispersed loads.It can change thickness,geocell height, weld distance and other geometric welding of different sizes to meet engineering requirements.[Typical Applications]
